4. Call Recordings

When your AI voice agents handle calls, those calls may be recorded and stored as part of the Service. Important details about call recordings:

  • Call recordings are stored securely and are accessible only through your account.
  • Recordings are used to provide the Service, including generating transcripts and enabling quality review.
  • You are solely responsible for complying with all applicable call recording laws in your jurisdiction, including obtaining required consent from callers.
  • We do not listen to, review, or share your call recordings unless required to provide technical support (with your authorization), comply with a valid legal order, or protect the safety of individuals.
  • You may request deletion of call recordings at any time by contacting our support team.

5. CRM and Customer Data

The Service stores customer data captured through your AI voice agents, including contact information, appointment details, and interaction history. This data is:

  • Owned by you and processed by us solely to provide the Service.
  • Not sold, rented, or shared with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
  • Accessible and exportable through your account dashboard.
  • Deleted upon your request or upon termination of your account, subject to any legal retention requirements.

6. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information only in the following circumstances:

  • Service providers: We share information with trusted third-party service providers who assist us in operating the Service, including cloud hosting, payment processing, telephony, and CRM infrastructure.   • Correction: You may request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information.
